Brad Craig: Sales & Marketing
Brad has been involved in the business over the years by default as son of Gordon, from washing vans after school to the newly created Sales and Marketing role. After completing University in Christchurch and a short stint in Auckland, in October 2007 Brad returned to the Naki.Brad’s main responsibility is developing and acquiring new business and working together with new clients to ensure a smooth transition.

Gordon Craig: Owner
Gordon started in 1974 as Drycleaner, spotter, presser and delivery person.- In 1984 purchased the Apparelmaster franchise.
- In 1988 received the biannual IDC (International Drycleaning Congress) training program, one of two persons who receive it worldwide.
- Previous Textile Care Federation Area Representative
- Past Committee Member for Apparelmaster
- Past Chairman of Apparelmaster Committee
- Traveled extensively around the world to trade shows and other laundries and Drycleaning sites
- Invested a life time into Laundry and Drycleaning
Bevan Broughton: Operations Manager
Started at La Nuova Apparelmaster in 1996 as a Service Representitive, moved into sales and service, in-plant to supervisory role, learnt Drycleaning basics, Manager of Hawera site, learnt basic administration and now Operations Manager over three sites.- 2009 - Winner Biannual NZ Laundry Manager of the year
- 2007 - Finalist in Biannual NZ Laundry Manager of the year
- 2006/2007- Apparelmaster Management Committee
- 2003 - Young Drycleaner of the year
Jason Ellis: Customer Support
Jason started as Client Support Representative in May 2004.
Jason oversees all services and products being provided to our valuable clients through out Taranaki, and deals with any queries swiftly.
